Except in the following cases or in the case of item 3. or 4., the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual:

In handling personal information held by the Company, we implement appropriate information security measures, focusing on organizational, human, physical, and technical security management measures, to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information.
Particularly, when handling personal information outside Japan, such as storing information on servers located overseas due to the use of cloud services, we will confirm the terms of use of the cloud services and other relevant contracts, understand the system for protecting personal information in the respective foreign country, and take necessary and appropriate measures for the safe management of personal information.
